With an extensive and impressive background having been involved in fire for 23 years, Ross has worked in numerous senior positions within fire safety, training, and operations; in the military and the local authority. He now heads up our Global Technical Services division, focusing on Quality, Competence, Compliance and training for Global Academy.

How long is the course?
The course lasts two days with a mix of practical and theoretical training with pre course online learning and on site, known as blended learning. This mixture of this blended training is for this specific course which is what makes it all the more applicable to the actual role of carrying out the inspections. You are guaranteed to get some real hands-on experience with our practical training.

What if I don’t pass the course?
If you fail the pre-course exam, you are able to resit this free of charge. There will be an opportunity to retake the practical course assessments once. Absorbing all the provided knowledge is critical to pass this course.
